Step 1 of 7 0%

Let's start simple.

Just confirming some foundational details so everything is set up correctly from the start.

Please enter your name.
How you'd like it displayed on the website — exactly.
Please enter a valid email so we can reach you.
How far do you travel? Any specific cities, counties, or regions you cover or want to highlight?
e.g. graysonhallphoto.com — leave blank if unsure.

What do you offer?

Check everything you currently provide. Don't worry about wording — we'll write all the descriptions.

Even rough numbers are helpful. Leave blank if you'd rather discuss.
How quickly do clients receive their final photos after a shoot?
Do you use any scheduling tools, or is it all email/phone? Do you want a booking system on the new site?

Let's get your photos.

This is the most important section for your website. We've set up a private upload folder for you — with a separate labeled folder for each type of content below.

Open Your Upload Folder → Opens in a new tab — keep it open next to this form
[ ! ]

Sign in to your Google account before you upload. If you upload from a signed-out browser, files can fail silently or arrive without your name on them. Uploads use your own Google Drive space, not ours — if you're running low on room, just tell us and we'll sort out another way.

Inside you'll find eight numbered folders. They match the eight items below, in the same order. Drop each set of photos into the folder with the matching number, then jot any notes here as you go. Drag whole folders straight in if that's easier — and don't worry about renaming files, we handle that.

FOLDER · 01 — Hero Gallery (10-15 of your BEST)

10–15 individual images, any service type, that represent your highest quality work. These are the first photos visitors will see. They should stop someone mid-scroll.

FOLDER · 02 — Full Property (Interior + Exterior)

Every photo from one single listing shoot you're proud of. 10–20+ images from the same property. This becomes your interior/exterior showcase.

FOLDER · 03 — Drone + Aerial

A complete aerial set from one property. Ideally includes both photo and video if you have it.

FOLDER · 04 — Twilight + Golden Hour

A full twilight set from a single property — these are usually conversion gold for luxury listings. Skip this one if you don't shoot twilight.

FOLDER · 05 — Video Tours

Drop any video files into folder 05. If your tours already live on YouTube or Vimeo, just paste the links here instead — no need to re-upload.

FOLDER · 06 — Matterport + 3D Tour

Matterport tours live online, so a link is all we need — paste it below. Use folder 06 only if you have stills or files from the tour.

FOLDER · 07 — Behind the Scenes (you working)

Behind-the-scenes shots of you on a shoot — great for the About section. Optional but highly recommended for trust-building.

FOLDER · 08 — Logo + Brand Files

Your logo, any brand files, fonts, or business cards — whatever you already have. Drop them in folder 08. If you don't have a logo yet, skip it; we cover that in the next section.

Tell me about you.

Don't overthink this — write like you're texting a friend. We'll turn it into polished copy. There's no wrong answer and grammar doesn't matter here.

What's the story? Was it intentional, or did you stumble into it?
What's the thing you won't compromise on? What makes a shoot successful in your eyes?
Why do clients choose you over the dozen other photographers in your market? Be honest — even small things matter.
Listings shot, 5-star reviews, years in business, repeat clients — anything that sounds impressive even casually.

What do your clients say?

Testimonials are one of the highest-converting elements on any photography website. Even 3 great quotes can dramatically increase how quickly someone decides to reach out. Fill in as many as you have.

Testimonial 01

Testimonial 02

Testimonial 03

Testimonial 04 (optional)

Testimonial 05 (optional)

Any recognizable names (Compass, Sotheby's, Coldwell Banker, KW, local luxury developers, etc.) whose logos you can display?
If you have a Google Business Profile or Yelp page, what's your current rating and number of reviews?

What should it feel like?

This helps us set the creative direction. No design experience needed — just describe vibes, reference brands you love, or tell us what you hate. It all helps.

Paste URLs or just describe them. Even "the Apple website" or "that dark luxury car brand site" is useful.
Colors, styles, features, vibes — what should we avoid at all costs?
Any colors you love or already use? Even "I like dark and gold" or "I hate orange" is helpful.
A short line that captures your brand. Leave blank if you'd like us to write one.

Almost done.

Last few questions. These help us make sure the site works for your actual business goals — not just looks great.

Luxury listing agents? High-volume agents? Builders? Property managers? Rank them if you have a preference.
Other photographers in your market — even if you don't want to name names, describe what they do that you want to be different from.
Anything you know you absolutely need — a booking form, an instant quote tool, an Instagram feed, anything specific?
Is there a deadline or urgency? Even a rough timeframe helps us plan.
Anything not covered above that we should know about your business, your clients, or what success looks like.
