Hero Gallery — Your Best of the Best

10–15 individual images, any service type, that represent your highest quality work. These are the first photos visitors will see. They should stop someone mid-scroll.

Full Property Shoot — Interior & Exterior

Every photo from one single listing shoot you're proud of. 10–20+ images from the same property. This becomes your interior/exterior showcase.

Full Property Shoot — Drone / Aerial

A complete aerial set from one property. Ideally includes both photo and video if you have it.

Twilight / Golden Hour Shoot

A full twilight set from a single property — these are usually conversion gold for luxury listings.

Video Tour(s)

YouTube or Vimeo link(s) to any video walkthroughs or cinematic tours you've produced. Even rough cuts are helpful to see.

Matterport / 3D Virtual Tour

Any live Matterport or 3D tour link you've created that we can embed or screenshot for the site.

Photos of You Working

Behind-the-scenes shots of you on a shoot — great for the About section. Optional but highly recommended for trust-building.

04 — Your Story

Tell me about you.

Don't overthink this — write like you're texting a friend. We'll turn it into polished copy. There's no wrong answer and grammar doesn't matter here.

What's the story? Was it intentional, or did you stumble into it?
What's the thing you won't compromise on? What makes a shoot successful in your eyes?
Why do clients choose you over the dozen other photographers in your market? Be honest — even small things matter.
Listings shot, 5-star reviews, years in business, repeat clients — anything that sounds impressive even casually.

What do your clients say?

Testimonials are one of the highest-converting elements on any photography website. Even 3 great quotes can dramatically increase how quickly someone decides to reach out. Fill in as many as you have.

This helps us set the creative direction. No design experience needed — just describe vibes, reference brands you love, or tell us what you hate. It all helps.

Colors, styles, features, vibes — what should we avoid at all costs?
Any colors you love or already use? Even "I like dark and gold" or "I hate orange" is helpful.
A short line that captures your brand. Leave blank if you'd like us to write one.

07 — Final Details

Almost done.

Last few questions. These help us make sure the site works for your actual business goals — not just looks great.

Luxury listing agents? High-volume agents? Builders? Property managers? Rank them if you have a preference.
Other photographers in your market — even if you don't want to name names, describe what they do that you want to be different from.
Anything you know you absolutely need — a booking form, an instant quote tool, an Instagram feed, anything specific?
Is there a deadline or urgency? Even a rough timeframe helps us plan.
Anything not covered above that we should know about your business, your clients, or what success looks like.
